CHILDCARE VOUCHER PROVIDERS

If you are paying by childcare vouchers via your online account, it is a very simple process. Please see steps below on how childcare vouchers are processed with Club Excel.

  • Log in to your account. Select your dates, venue and activities required. Once all selected proceed to checkout.
  • On the checkout page you will see different options of how you wish to pay, and you will see an option to 'pay by childcare vouchers'. Once selected you'll be able to complete your booking
  • Once you have received your provisional booking e-mail you need to contact your childcare voucher provider and process your childcare vouchers for the amount stated within your provisional booking e-mail.
  • You will need to inform your childcare provider of our specific Club Excel reference (listed below) which will ensure your vouchers are allocated to Club Excel directly.
    • The voucher payment does not reach our account instantly and can take up to 3-7 days. Once we have received your childcare voucher payment into our account will we then send you your full booking confirmation e-mail.
    • We allow you 7 days to process your childcare vouchers and if we have not received an e-mail or payment within this time, we may cancel your booking, however we would not do this without informing you first.
