Childcare Vouchers & Tax Free Childcare

At Club Excel, we make paying for your childcare easy! You can use childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare, the Childcare Grant scheme, or your 15/30 funded hours to cover your bookings.

Tax Free Childcare

As a registered holiday camp provider, Club Excel accepts Tax-Free Childcare to help with the cost of your booking. Each venue is individually registered, and the reference can be found in the table below or you can search Club Excel and the venue postcode.

After booking online, you’ll receive a provisional email showing the amount to pay. Once you’ve made the payment, just let us know the payment reference. After it’s processed (which can take a couple of days), we’ll send you a confirmation email so you can relax knowing your child’s place is secured.

Childcare Voucher Providers

We’re registered with many different childcare voucher providers, each with its own reference number (see the table below). If you can’t see your provider listed, don’t worry—just get in touch with our team, and we’ll be happy to help.

To use childcare vouchers for your booking, simply process your booking through your online account and select ‘Pay by childcare vouchers’ at checkout. You’ll then receive a provisional email from us showing the amount to transfer from your provider. Your provider will then inform us that the payment has been processed. Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email to secure your child’s place.

The Childcare Grant Scheme

The Childcare Grant is a UK government scheme designed to help full-time university students with the cost of registered childcare. It’s separate from Tax-Free Childcare and childcare vouchers, and it’s specifically aimed at helping students manage childcare while studying.

To use this scheme please inform the team on 01923 469475. They will then be able to process your booking with you over the phone.

15/30 Free Hours

At Club Excel, 3- and 4-year-olds can enjoy 15 hours of free early education each week, with some families eligible for up to 30 hours. These funded hours can be used for children booked into Mini Camp, making it easy for little ones to join the fun!

If you’d like to use your funded hours for your booking, please call our team on 01923 469475 to book over the phone. Please do not book online, as there’s a short parent declaration form we’ll need you to complete first.

My Family Care & Bright Horizons

My Family Care and Bright Horizons work with many employers to offer family-friendly benefits, including help with holiday camps like Club Excel. If your workplace is partnered with them, you may be able to use these benefits to pay for your child’s bookings.

Here’s how it works:

1. Check with your employer to see if your benefits can be used for holiday camps.
2. Log in to your My Family Care or Bright Horizons account and search for Club Excel.
3. Pick your child’s venue, dates, times, and activities—tailor it just how you like!
4. Your provider will send us the booking request, which we’ll accept. Our team will take care of everything on the Club Excel system.
5. Payment goes straight to Club Excel, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!

Please note: If any Club Excel bookings aren’t covered by the schemes above, the account holder will need to make payment to ensure your child’s place is secured.
