October Half Term Holiday Camps 2026 – Bookings Now Open!
As summer comes to an end, we’re already looking ahead to the next school holiday! 🍂
We’re delighted to announce that Club Excel October Half Term bookings are now live, giving families across Hertfordshire and London the opportunity to book a fun-filled October break for their children.
With exciting activities, fantastic venues and programmes designed to keep children active, entertained and engaged, our October Half Term camps are the perfect way to make the most of the school holidays.
October Half Term Camps Across Hertfordshire and London
This October Half Term, Club Excel will be welcoming children at a range of venues across Hertfordshire and London, making it easier for families to find a holiday camp close to home.
Hertfordshire October Half Term Camps
Our Hertfordshire October Half Term camps will be running at:
- Aldenham School – Elstree
- Beaumont School – St Albans
- Bengeo Primary School – Hertford
- Birchwood High School – Bishop’s Stortford
- The Broxbourne School – Broxbourne
- Kings Langley Secondary School – Kings Langley
- The Priory School – Hitchin
With locations spread across Hertfordshire, families can choose a convenient venue while children enjoy a packed programme of activities during their school break.
London October Half Term Camps
We’ll also be running October Half Term camps at:
- The Henrietta Barnett School – Hampstead Garden Suburb
- Queens Park Community School – Queens Park
Our London locations provide families with fun and engaging holiday childcare options during the October school break.
What your child can do
Children are grouped by school year rather than age, so the programme grows with them:
• Mini Camp, ages 3 and 4
• Junior Multi Activity, Reception to Year 1
• Performing Arts and Crafts, Reception to Year 2
• Theatre Workshop, Years 2 to 7
• Senior Multi Activity, Years 2 to 4
• Football, Years 1 to 7
• Artists’ Studio, Years 4 to 7
• Xtreme, Years 4 to 8
• Techy Coders, Years 4 to 8
Not every activity runs at every venue, so it is worth checking your chosen site when you book, or giving the office a ring on 01923 469475 and we will talk you through what is on where.
One thing worth knowing if your child has just moved up a year: they may now be eligible for a different camp. A child going into Year 4 can join Xtreme and Artists’ Studio for the first time. A child moving into Year 2 can try Theatre Workshop or Senior Multi Activity. Half term is a good, low-pressure week to test something new.
Times, and the bit that helps working parents
Our standard camp day runs from 9.30am to 3.30pm. Early Club opens at 8.30am and Late Club runs until 5.30pm, which covers most working patterns without a scramble at either end.
You can book a single day or the full week. Multiple day and sibling discounts apply automatically, and we are registered with a wide range of childcare voucher providers, so you can put vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare towards all or part of the cost.
Fun, Active and Engaging October Half Term Activities
At Club Excel, our holiday camps are designed to give children the chance to have fun, stay active and try something different during the school holidays.
Our programmes offer a mixture of inflatables, sports, games, creative activities and exciting challenges, with activities suitable for different ages and interests.
Whether your child loves sport, enjoys getting creative, wants to make new friends or simply likes trying new things, there’s plenty to keep them entertained throughout October Half Term.
We aim to create a welcoming environment where children can build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy spending time with other children away from the classroom.
